\n \nThis smaller CPA firm in Miami Lakes has an offshore team handling much of the preparation and administrative work, leaving you free to focus on reviewing, managing engagements and building relationships with clients.
\n \nAnd they're busy. So busy, in fact, that they're turning clients away because they don't have enough people to take on the work.
\n \nI've already helped a Senior Tax Accountant join this firm, and they've been really happy with the move. Better work life balance, more flexibility around their hours and a team they've settled into quickly.
\n \nThe Partners have a pretty straightforward approach to flexibility. Look after your clients, get your work done and support the team when needed, and they'll give you that same flexibility when life outside work gets busy.
\n \nBusy season typically peaks at around 50 hours, and while you'll initially be office based for the first six months, there's scope for more flexibility once you're established.
\n \nWhat they're looking for:
\nYou'll receive a 401(k) with safe harbour match, fully paid employee health, dental and vision insurance, GAP insurance, PTO, major holidays off and a Christmas shutdown.
\n \nIt's a small team, so you'll need to enjoy working closely with others and occasionally getting stuck in when needed. But you'll also have the autonomy to manage your own clients and make decisions without unnecessary layers of approval.
