Senior Marketing Manager, US

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan / Remote (Eastern Time) with occasional travel

\n

Reporting to: Head of Strategic Marketing & Revenue Operations and US Leadership

\n

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 DOE

\n

\n

About the Role

\n

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across the US market.

\n

This is a hands-on role where you'll own marketing campaigns, events, webinars, PR, content and partner marketing activity, driving pipeline growth and brand awareness across a key region for the business. You'll work closely with global marketing teams while acting as the voice of the US market, helping shape and execute local go-to-market strategies.

\n

\n

This role would suit an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact while helping build and scale a growing international business. The position also offers future leadership potential as the function expands.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Go-to-Market & Demand Generation

\n

\n
• Own US go-to-market planning and marketing contribution to pipeline growth.
\n
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
\n
• Manage the US events programme, including trade shows, field events and sponsorship activity.
\n
• Develop and execute engaging webinar programmes from concept through to follow-up.
\n
• Collaborate with global teams to align digital marketing initiatives including PPC, SEO and campaign activity.
\n

Content, Brand & Communications

\n

\n
• Develop thought leadership content and market-focused campaigns for the US audience.
\n
• Adapt and localise global messaging and product marketing materials.
\n
• Manage PR activities, media relationships and executive visibility opportunities.
\n
• Own and manage US social media content and communications.
\n
• Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and positioning.
\n

Market Intelligence & Partnerships

\n

\n
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insight to sales and leadership teams.
\n
• Lead marketing support for strategic partners and co-marketing initiatives.
\n

\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n

\n
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to track campaign performance and pipeline impact.
\n
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Brand and wider marketing functions to execute market strategies.
\n
• Act as the key marketing voice for the US region within the global organisation.
\n

About You

\n

You'll be an experienced B2B marketer who combines strategic thinking with a genuine willingness to execute and deliver results.

\n

\n

Essential

\n

\n
• Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
\n
• Significant experience in a B2B marketing role.
\n
• Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across events, webinars, content, PR and social media.
\n
• Experience supporting or leading go-to-market initiatives and product launches.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
\n

Desirable

\n

\n
• Experience within a SaaS, technology, private equity-backed, venture-backed, scale-up or high-growth business.
\n
• Exposure to marketing operations platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
\n
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
\n
• Experience working within an international or matrixed organisation.
\n
