Senior Paid Media Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency based in London, managing campaigns for global clients across B2B and B2C industries. They're seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to own paid media for their clients and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do:

• Lead paid media for your clients end to end: strategy, build, and execution across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen and YouTube), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and others — you own that client's paid programme and the room when you present; you are not running the paid department
• Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy creation through execution, optimising for ROI, conversions, and other B2B pipeline metrics
• Build and execute full-funnel paid strategies for clients, not single-channel maintenance
• Create decks and reports to communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
• Present campaign performance to clients on regular calls, providing clear insights and strategies for growth
• Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to refine targeting and improve campaign results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media aligns with the overall marketing strategy — this includes a basic understanding of CRO, SEO and analytics, and how each of these areas can impact campaign performance
• Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in paid media strategies
• Use AI and automation for prep, scripts, and first drafts (including PMax / Advantage+ / Demand Gen governance) — you still own whatever goes to the client

What They're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on paid media experience, of which at least 3 years in a senior agency role — agency experience is a must
• Native-level proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish or German are a strong plus
• Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns for search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing paid media strategies for B2B and B2C clients, with a clear focus on B2B pipeline metrics
• Strong client management skills, with experience building relationships, presenting campaign performance, and offering strategic insights
• Expertise in building decks and reports to present to clients
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimisation and reporting
• Experience with A/B testing and bid management tools
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
• Automation and AI literacy — PMax / Advantage+ / Demand Gen governance, scripts, and a view on emerging AI-search ad inventory; you use the tools, you still own the output
