Full-Time Housekeeper / Nanny – Miami – $1,377 per Week Salary: $1,377 per week We are a family of three in Miami seeking a reliable, experienced, and dedicated Housekeeper / Nanny to help care for our 2-year-old son and manage our home. This is a long-term, full-time position for someone with strong experience in both childcare and housekeeping. We are looking for someone who is warm, patient, trustworthy, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, anticipates household needs, and requires minimal supervision. Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with a break

Childcare Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving, and engaging care for our 2-year-old son.
• Actively interact with him through talking, reading, playing, singing, and age-appropriate educational activities.
• Speak and communicate with him in English throughout the day.
• Encourage learning, development, and positive daily routines.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Housekeeping & Household Responsibilities Our son attends school from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. During school hours, naps, or when he is spending time with his mother, the primary focus will be housekeeping and household management. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized home.
• General housekeeping, laundry, and household upkeep.
• Light cooking and meal preparation.
• Staying on top of daily household responsibilities.
• Taking initiative and identifying what needs to be done without constant direction.
• Occasional house-sitting and pet care when the family travels.

Requirements

• Strong, proven experience in both childcare and housekeeping.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Warm, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.
• Comfortable with household pets.
• Non-smoker.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Willing and available to house-sit and care for pets during family travel, as arranged.
• Verifiable professional references.
